Shows:
Academy: Actual cost of entries, split of tack stall and hotel fees and .50 a mile travel for Karen. $50/day training fee. $75 assistant/groom fee split per horse.
Breed Shows: Actual cost of entries, split of tack stall and hotel fees and .50 a mile travel for Karen. $50/day training fee. $75 assistant/groom fee split per horse.
Open Shows: $50/day training/grooming fee in addition to class fees. .50/mile hauling.
All students/clients are responsible for payment due the day of the show for open or when entries go out for breed level shows.
Also, students/clients are responsible for cleaning and making sure their own tack/equiptment is loaded on the trailer or transported to the show grounds.
If using Clearmeadow tack you are responsible for replacement if items are broken or lost while in transport by you or in use by you at the show.
